Rabbi Yitz Greenman studied Political Science and Economics at Brandeis University and Hebrew University in Yerushalayim and received his smicha from Aish HaTorah. He founded Aish HaTorah NY and served as the executive director for 25 years. During his years with Aish, Rabbi Greenman launched a host of impactful Jewish outreach and educational programs, including Discovery Seminars, Hasbara Fellowships, Speed Dating, Honestreporting.com, Bring Israel Home, Inspired, Aish on Campus, and many others. It was during these years at Aish that he developed a passion for raising money for Torah as well as teaching b'nei Torah how to fundraise.

After Aish he served as the Strategic Advisor to Olami where he was fortunate to start and oversee multiple projects there as well.

Presently Rabbi Greenman is the executive director of Ohr Yisroel, an alternative mesivta for boys who don't fit into a box. He is an avid golfer who enjoys the game most when he's discussing the relevance of Yiddishkeit and the programs that he's involved in. Rabbi Greenman lives in Passaic with his wife, Leah, and their children. Their home is always open to students and guests.
