Yisroel Fulda was a close Talmid of Reb Asher Zelig HaKohen Rubinstein Zt'l, in his opinion the ultimate example of a true Baal Habitachon in our times, and was zoche to learn Chovos Halevavos Shaar Habitachon from him for many years.

Yisroel lives in Far Rockaway with his wife and 4 boys and is thankful to Hashem for having the opportunity to spend most of his day learning while still maintaining his work part time.
